Shipping Info

General Shipping Info:

  • In-Stock Orders: Placed by 3pm EST(Mon–Fri) ship same day. Orders after 3pm EST or on weekends ship the next business day.

  • Pre-Order Items: Ship date is shown on the product page and in your confirmation email. If your order includes in-stock + pre-order items, everything ships together on the latest pre-order date. Want in-stock items sooner? Place a separate order.

  • Made-to-Order Items: Some apparel and accessories are made to order and will ship separately from the rest of your J skis order. These items are fulfilled within 5 business days and typically arrive within 10 business days.

  • Payment: Charged at checkout via credit, debit, Paypal, or Shop Pay financing.

  • Tracking: Sent by email when your order ships.

  • Shipping Carriers: FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We can’t ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical address.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. We don’t offer free shipping or discount codes for shipping.

  • Delivery: No signature required. Leave a note outside your home with delivery instructions if needed.

  • Address Changes: Can’t be changed once the order has shipped.

  • Origin: Ships from Knoxville, Tennessee. No local pickup.

  • Sales Tax: Applied based on your state’s laws at checkout.

United States

Orders under $450:

  • Economy: $9 (7–10 business days)

  • Standard: $19 (3–6 business days)

  • Express: $40 (2 business days, if ordered by 3 PM EST

Orders $450 and up:

  • Economy: $22 (7–10 business days)

  • Standard: $40 (3–6 business days)

  • Express: $60 (2 business days, if ordered by 3 PM EST)

Express Shipping Examples:

  • Order by 2 PM EST Monday → Delivered Wednesday

  • Order by 4 PM EST Monday → Delivered Thursday

Canada

NO surprise Duties, Tariffs or shipping charges. You only pay for what you see at checkout: Canadian tax, and flat rate shipping.

Flat rate shipping:
$55 CAD for orders under $450 CAD
$95 CAD for orders $450+ CAD

To shop in Canadian dollars select CAD from the currency dropdown (top left corner of our site).

Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location. All orders ship via FedEx International Ground.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the U.S. and Canada.

If you're outside these countries, you can still order by using a parcel forwarding service with a valid U.S. or Canadian address. Once your order is delivered to that address, the forwarding service can ship it to you internationally.

Please note: We are not responsible for any issues, delays, or additional costs once your order reaches the forwarding service.

Shipping Claims and Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, misdelivered, or damaged you can start a claim here:

Here’s how we handle shipping issues:

  • Delayed in Transit: If tracking has updated within the past 15 days, it’s still in transit and not eligible for a claim. If you do not see tracking updates for 15+ days, we’ll file a claim and offer a replacement (if available), refund, or store credit once resolved with the carrier.

  • Lost or Damaged: If marked "Delivered" but not received, or your order arrived damaged, we’ll file a claim. We’ll offer a replacement (if available), refund, or store credit once the carrier responds. For damaged items, we do require photos of the product and packaging for claim submissions through the Redo Claims Portal button below.

SUBMIT A SHIPPING CLAIM
